We ordered dry ice online for a witches brew at our company halloween party. We had a specific request for delivery to the office by a specific time. The order was only a 5 kg. bag and the amazing staff made it happen given the pressure that we needed it for our luncheon!Thank you- ! They did a fantastic job - on time, ice was great and came in huge bags... turned out we needed half of what we ordered. They gladly took back the other half, re loaded in their truck and only charged me what I ordered. Would use again 10/10 times.

Ice-ASAP was amazing. They delivered the ice the same day and I thought it was too soon so the gentleman (I think his name was Ryan) told me he would come in early and deliver it for 8am. I then found out I actually needed that evening. I called back and was told no problem they would bring it back a little later. A different gentleman arrived that was just as accommodating and professional as the first one. He cleaned the left over water that was in the cooler and then put the ice in the cooler and covered it with the blanket for me. This company is so professional and provides excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

Ice ASAP was such a delight. The service was speedy the customer support was readily available, and the prices were fantastic. I contacted then 1 day before a large event and they were not only able to accommodate my order but they worked around my time limitations as well. ice-ASAP.ca was amazing! Since Halloween was so different this year, I really wanted to put on a show for the kids on our street. Boy did we ever! ice-ASAP delivered on time for our Halloween party - even a little early. Robert explained the handling instructions upon arrival and gave us some tips to smoke up the street".
