Partner and I have knee surgery the same week & figure out we need 50lbs of ice a day to keep the cryocuff's going. How do we get that much ice to the house every day when we cant go and get it? Call the folks at @OnTheRocksIce. It is too small an order to make financial sense but they don’t just hang up. Devon brainstorms and offers to, get this, buy a used freezer put it in our garage & fill it 3 times a week. Still not really worth their while but offer to do it anyway. #Usethesefolks #oldtimecustomerservice #iamafan #support@OnTheRocksIce

Devon was a pleasure to deal with, prices were very affordable, and when I had emailed 4 companies for quotes 2 did not respond, 1 responded 2 weeks later but Devon responded the same day. The delivery was on time and perfect for our wedding and the recommended amount of Ice that we needed was spot on! I will definitely be recommending this vendor to anyone that needs ice for any event!
